Tom Bastounes in THE MERRY GENTLEMAN

DGS client, Actor/Producer, Tom Bastounes, has been in New York all week doing press for his upcoming film, THE MERRY GENTLEMAN. The film is the directorial debut from Michael Keaton and stars Tom, Keaton, Kelly Macdonald, and Bobby Canavale. Early reviews have been stellar - watch Letterman Friday, April 24th to see Dave gush over the film and a clip featuring Tom!

LUCA BRASI SLEEPS WITH BBQ

DGS Talent client, Tom DiMenna, wrote and stars in this final segment of THE GODFATHER MUSICAL trilogy, which first stormed SXSW in 2005 with the debut of ODE TO FREDO. This touching, heartfelt tribute to the mafia's sweetest henchman, LUCA BRASI SLEEPS WITH THE FISHES, is poised to make another splash, so to speak, at this year's SXSW. Directed by rising star, Simon Hawkins, and featuring a family-of-all-stars cast: Jay DiMenna, Peter Hawkins and Keith Saunders, this film/music hybrid is sure to emerge as a SXSW favorite.

DGS and The Shot Productions Storm the Festivals

DGS Talent Management and The Shot Productions just returned from the SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL where two of our associated short films were official selections this year. We are so excited for our client, Bryan Gaynor, who wrote the short film ASSHOLE, directed by Chadd Harbold and starring Gavin McInnes. And The Shot Productions animated short, DEAR BEAUTIFUL screened as well.

Also, we recently received word that our most recent production "Luca Brasi Sleeps With the Fishes", written and starring our client, Tom DiMenna, directed by Simon Hawkins was accepted at the SXSW Film Festival!
